I was a transfer from Erlanger Brightview which I absolutely love and will probably now rent a car to go from Louisville back there because the Louisville Brightview is a nightmare I was there 6.5 hours and still had to come back the next day they didn't have my other medicine that was always at the Erlanger one and it was my last month of my hep c meds so that's completely messed up now they were so rude the waiting area was filthy and it was packed full of people waiting for hours just to do a daily dose of methadone they are a 2 hour bus ride away and no bus stop even close they were just a night mare and I really would not recommend then to anyone in Louisville but...read full review
I am the president of the board of directors at Swan Pointe, a community of 216 condominiums and 104 patio homes on 56 acres. I am extremely pleased with BrightView. There are only a couple of lawn services in Louisville that are large enough to handle a community of our size. Over the years I have dealt with many of the staff from BrightView starting with Alan , Frank , and Laura, who are in management. I’ve also worked with Dennis, Chris, Willie and Jose, who are either crew leaders or hold other titles within the organization.
