Robbie came out to our house the day of our request (same-day service). He informed us of our issue, explained our options, and had great knowledge of the wasps in question. We got exactly what we needed and I've added his number to our contacts. Thank you all. The office employee that scheduled us was also nice, but her name escapes me.
