Ours is a unique need. We reached out to several agencies for assistance. Bluebird Homecare was the only agency that we could find who could meet our needs and our budget. The management and staff have gone above and beyond to ensure that our needs are not only met but exceeded in service. I am so grateful for Bluebird!

Homebird Home Care in the Louisville division has been top notch and had exceeded our expectations in helping to take care of my one hundred year old mother.(Especially La'Ryah and Janaya). Special thanks to Brianda, the supervisor, for her efforts in filling in for an employee when they werent able to make it one day. Employees were punctual in coming, and were very friendly and helpful. Attached is a picture of my mother enjoying La'Ryah reading a nursery rhyme book.

I use Bluebird for my 95 year old mom in Matthews, NC. She has been getting twice weekly visits from Betty since Nov of 2021. She gets along great with Betty and receives so much help. Joanne and Meghan have been wonderful at getting our insurance company all the info they need & she has finally reached the point of getting reimbursed on her long term care insurance which is a relief for her. I can't say how much I appreciate all their help. I live several states away and it gives me such peace of mind to know that she is getting the care she needs. You guys are wonderful!
