I had a great experience with Best Choice Roofing. Garrett Grubbs I believe came out to do my roof inspection and was extremely informative, professional, and honest throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and never made me feel pressured. It’s rare to find someone this knowledgeable who genuinely cares about helping you understand your options. Highly recommend asking for Garrett if you want someone you can trust.
Dominique and Garrett were fantastic to work with. They explained the process thoroughly. The crew came out shortly after we signed our contract. The crew worked hard and had the job done in one day. Dakota was also a pleasure to work with on the backside. He went over how the roof will go on, and explained what the guys would be doing before they even came out.
Hey I just wanted to comment on how Aaron G. Did with helping me go through the hassle that comes with getting a claim from insurance companies. He evaluated and estimated that I would be eligible for a claim on my roof due to a hail storm earlier in the season. With that being said he was able to work with me and with patience was able to set up a meeting with him and his manager Garrett. Garrett was super helpful with helping me find the best shingle and questions that I had and Aaron was a great person, down to earth and genuinely wanted to help me out. Thanks again guys!
