Austin Appliance Repair and Service

Charles (owner) was able to come service my refrigerator the same day I called. He was very clear in explaining why the freezer was working but the refrigerator portion wasn't cooling properly. He had to go get a part for it. He was back in 30 minutes, then completed the job in 15, and even put my food back in the freezer for me. He did an excellent job for an even more excellent price. I will definitely call him the next time I have a problem with any home appliance.

Charles Austin (Owner) stopped by my house for a dryer repair and he was excellent! He is very knowledgeable and explained what the problem was in great detail so I could understand. He was on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently. His prices for parts and service are extremely fair and unmatched to any competitor appliance repair company. I will definitely be using him again for any other appliance repair needs in the future. Charles is the man!

Mr. Austin was great in repairing 2 ice makers for us. He was prompt in diagnosing the issues, ordering the parts and repairing. He was very kind and cleaned up everything before he left. I would HIGHLY recommend him for appliance repairs. We will definitely use again.
