As a medical social worker Assurance Home Care has always been my go to agency for my clients. I quickly learned they would go the extra mile for my families. More than once they were able to help me with a client that other agencies found too difficult to staff or just didn’t want to deal with. It was because of their hard work that I started referring all my clients to Assurance. Just recently I remembered their kindness working with a family I referred to them. I was so pleased with and comforted by the care Assurance Home gave to my mom. They allowed her to stay comfortable in her home, keep her dignity and have constant love and support for the final year of her life. The caregivers treated her like a longtime friend, were affectionate and competent and the administration was always responsive, caring and professional. I am so grateful to Anne and her staff.
We could not be more happy with the care my father received from Assurance. The caregivers showed such patience and interest.
