The team here sets the bar, without a doubt. We prerearranged services for my folks 2 years ago, and it was a smooth experience then. We just lost my father and had to use the services we had set up and it was just as smooth now.
Our meeting prior to the service to finalize details was efficient and easy. The facilities are very nice and comfortable. Sam and the staff went above and beyond at every pass. My family is so pleased with absolutely everything, and many attendees also commented how lovely everything was. My experience with Arch L. Heady and Son Funeral Home was exceptional. While coping with the loss of my father, Brad (Funeral Director) went far and above my expectations. Not only was he understanding and compassionate he was completely thorough beyond expectation attending to every detail, most of which I had not even considered. I very much appreciate the manner in which the funeral home is setup having only one family in at a time. This made for a more intimate setting allowing everyone to be more comfortable during this time of grief.
