I had a problem at another location, so I was in the area and stopped in the Dixie Highway location, I was waited on by a super person who turned out to be the manager Christina. Instead of saying what they couldn't do she said what she could do. A great way to treat a customer, staff went above expectations and got my glasses in 2 weeks, I would recommend them to anyone looking for glasses or contacts. They have my future business for sure.
Best experience I’ve had! The staff were nice and knowledgeable. The best part was picking out glasses, which I usually dread for many reasons. However, McEwan was so helpful and knowledgeable that the process was a breeze! She listened to what I wanted and not only explained what to look for, she selected many frames for me to try. Definitely recommend this location and McEwan!
The ladies are amazing helped me every step of the way. I had looked at the glasses online to see what I like and when I got there and tried them on they were to small. I was so upset but the lady that was there checking me out immediately saw the problem. She walked right over to me and introduced herself ( mcquen) told me that she can grab something similar that will fit a-lot better and that she knows the whole store. We walked right over and grabbed it off the wall and it honestly fit better and looked so cute!!!! She even took the time to explain the options on the glasses .
