Professional and friendly. They showed up quickly after our initial call for a fair price on a Friday evening. We had an overheating car on a hot day with an infant, and All American Towing helped a deteriorating day come to a good conclusion.
I needed roadside assistance and called a couple of other companies but their wait was 1-2 hours. I called All American Towing and had assistance within 30 minutes. I appreciated their fast service.
Having a flat tire on I-65 was very stressful. Our insurance help line called your company instead of another one located closer to us. Their actions made our wait time longer which was in no way your fault. Thankfully, we were assisted and towed by Tim from your company. He was professional on the phone and did his job quickly with a smile, a real pleasure to work with. Thank you to Tim, your dispatcher and your company for your help in a very scary situation. We highly recommend your company although we hope to never be in that situation again!
