Lara is phenomenal! Incorporates stretches with massage. She is very in tune with areas that need more attention and addresses areas of concern. I have had many messages, and she is top tier.
I made an appointment with Lara about 3 or 4 weeks ago. Lara was professional and knowledgeable, and communicates well. The next day after my appointment with Lara, i was moving around much better. My back and shoulders felt ao much better. You cant go wrong with Lara. The office was nice and clean as well as having a relaxing atmoshpere.
Very educated in what needs to be worked on. Very professional in listening and concerns of how to treat the problem areas. Holds herself to higher standards and her work ethic is bar none the best. I would recommend anybody to try her
