I was having trouble with the speed and function of my computer. I was called A-Pluss Shacklette's and was able to get through immediately. I was asked my issue and was able to drop it off same day. After diagnostic services, I was informed of the issue and was given the option of repair. I accepted the repair and my computer is working good as new!
