The company agreed to come out and core drill some holes floors with very little notice. They did a good job of keeping me informed as to when they would arrive. The techs were good-natured and easy to work with and did a good job.
I made several phone calls to this company before actually asking them to come out. They were extremely helpful and gave me lots of useful information over the phone about what I was planning to do. They're very knowledgable and easy to work with. When I was finally ready to have the job done, we were able to schedule it less than a week out with no trouble. The two guys that came here to actually do the cutting were similarly helpful and knowledgeable. We discussed several options and prices depending on what I wanted, and then they got to work.
