Have had many pieces created including a shoe rack, large toy box/chair, and now even have a fence on the way!Yes one product warped but the owner offered to create an entire new one for us and take the old back. For the fence the owners came to measure and really created the look we wanted for our yard.I recommend this business, and appreciate their willingness to hear my opinions and create what the customer wants.Complaints: Due to many circumstances including covid-19 their schedule is off and I just feel as though they are underprepared for the ‘’rainy day” scenarios. This could easily be made more efficient in the future.
