The prices are substantially better than the box store and any other place in Somerset, described as decent and better, though some wish products were cheaper. Experiences with customer service vary. Some find the staff very helpful, answering questions directly, giving samples, and being quick to resolve issues, with hometown folks helping you get what you need. However, others state they didn't seem big on customer service and report instances with a snobbish attitude, where communication about product details like items coming in sets was unclear and frustrating. Despite a negative experience from one disgusted customer, another would highly recommend Tri-State Wholesale.
This place has everything you need and fair prices. Make sure you know what you need exactly before coming in as the staff have a lot on them and can help you find the right items.
However they can measure your windows and floors for you or tell you exactly how much you need. Also for more detailed questions look them up.
Otherwise this place has everything and sometimes its more expensive than lowes and sometimes its much cheaper just have to price match around

This is the kind of place where, if you already know pretty much what you want and need, you can get it here...and they probably have it in stock. They didn't seem big on customer service but direct questions got direct answers. The prices were substantially better than any place I looked in Somerset.
Huge selection, I wish their products were cheaper sometimes but not really their fault, ( What isn't too costly anymore?) Great place, check em out.
