Mark is exactly what you need to get a thorough, comprehensive idea of the condition of a home you're trying to purchase. He does not cut corners and isn't afraid to tell you how it is (the good, the bad, and the ugly of a home). His communication is excellent; he is on time or early to inspections, and delivers a solid report same day. He is my go-to. Call him before making that big purchase! He will save you alot of money & heartache.

Mark was an OUTSTANDING home inspector! He was more than thorough. He welcomed us to look around the property with him and point out concerns as we saw them. He spent well over 3 hours in a 2400 sq ft home inspecting and honestly saved us from a huge financial burden. We have put another offer on a house less than a week apart and we absolutely plan on using him! Very thorough, personable, and just kind in general. 100% recommend!
