One problem after another with this spec home. Evidently the original inspection was a farce because 16 months after moving in we got another inspector. We got a 60 page report and much of it is in red ink.

The words “incorrectly”, “missing” and “not professionally” installed came up repeatedly.
Everything from foundation to roof is poorly done. Efforts to get things corrected have largely been ignored.
We even had to get the property resurveyed because one survey pin was missing. They found that under the other new home’s driveway. So part of their driveway is on our property.

Tim and his crew have done several jobs for my husband and me at our home, and they have done great work each time. They show up when they say they will and they get the job done. We will continue to rely on Tim for future work we need to have done.
