Broken Heating and Cooling Systems can cause one’s attitude to heat up or lose their cool quickly. I know, mine did. I did. Leo Jones & Son Heating and Cooling Hometown Service did not. Micah, David, Rick and a couple of trainees all showed up with an attitude of genuine concern and respect for our plight. 5 years ago, when installed, they said they stood by their product and work. This summer they certainly proved it. Thank you all at Leo Jones & Son! Above and beyond!
My parents needed a new HVAC system since it was sweltering in the house. The representative was very knowledgeable and explained the various options clearly. The technicians were hard working and cleaned up after the job was completed. Every person we have had contact with has been pleasant and professional. We are very satisfied with this company.
Lane and Garret came out and fixed some issues we had they were very curtious and got the issues fixed .We had spoke to David and he made sure everything was taken care of .We appreciate everything they did. Thank you. Jimmy and lena gregory.
