Laurel Service Center offers great service with a personal touch. Their mechanics and staff are friendly and professional, going above and beyond to help customers in need. They provide reasonable rates for towing and repairs, and will even take the time to help customers with other tasks, such as loading and transporting their vehicles. They can be relied upon to get customers back on the road quickly, even on short notice.
This is place is absolutely amazing I’m from California and no absolutely no one and had no money and they came and saved me off the side of the freeway with tornado warnings. They gave me a safe place to stay until the tornado warnings cleared and let me leave my vehicle there. These are some of the most generous and nice people and honest people you’ll ever come across and I’m so thankful for them.
Wonderful company owned and operated by a wonderful family! Incredible customer service! Needed a tow as I was passing through the area and this family was there right away! Towed us to their son-in-law’s service center, Laurel Auto Service, LLC, and we were back on the road the next morning! Even helped getting us to our hotel, dogs and all! I can’t thank you enough!
I’m sure there tired of seeing me unfortunately I purchased a lemon but they’ve been with me 3 yrs through it when I showed up for a break Change they raised it off the floor cv axel fell out nearly hit a man in the head and they where able to not only get my breaks done a spur the moment axel issue fixed getting the part same day and on this business is cheaper then most places while the work is A1 quality at the same time even better one also been towed by them before the tow did seem a lil pricey but I was right there even caught a ride back with the man towing me they handled my old car with care even though setting it on fire where it sat couldn’t have hurt...read full review
