Simons Heating and Cooling get 5 stars and more if I had the option! On a recent trip to our lake house we discovered upon arrival that our AC wasn’t working. It was a Friday evening and forecasted to be very hot and humid the next day. I called and left a message and someone called me back that evening and made arrangements to come check it out on Sat. I had my elderly parents with me so we left for an early boat cruise. Darren, the technician was able to take care of the issue while we were cruising and even closed the windows so the house would be cool when we returned. Exceptional service from a very kind technician.
