If you’re looking for a quality modular home stop in at Exit 107 homes. We went to many different places looking at Modular’s. We heard lots of competitive bragging. However, when we were talking to James at Exit 107 there was a feeling of comfort and trust! They are a family owned business with a family attitude. We are so excited to start our new adventure in our beautiful new Pioneer home!

Devastated by the loss of our home Dec 10, 2021 in KY’s worst tornado, we went to Exit 107 Homes for help. James was great to explain options to us, we had not ever had this kind of purchase as we lived over 40 years in remodeled family place. Jimmy and Laurie were great on delivery details and paperwork. Weather was not helpful this spring so between delivery and final prep for use took over 6 weeks, but we are delighted with the home. Foundation, steps and gutters done well. All their team were kind and helpful! Fleetwood home has a nice design.

We decided to purchase our home during the pandemic. We have started to move in this week and we can’t be more thrilled. From start to finish James, Jimmy and Laurie has helped and guide us through every step. We got a custom built home where got to pick everything we wanted however with the pandemic came nation wide shortages and demands but regardless it exceeded our expectations. Overall the experience and the company was great and we would recommend them to others interested in purchasing a new home.Cassie and Kevin Wilson
