We have been in our home for a few months now and we love it. Lauri and Jim at Exit 107 Homes are very friendly and helpful in what can be a stressful time for anyone buying a home. They are very knowledgeable and a joy to work with. In our opinion they went above and beyond what was required. We looked at several different homes at different locations and kept coming back to them. Not only did we like the homes better but the conversations we had with Lauri during the sale process was incomparable to any other salesperson. She wasn't just about selling us a home, she also listened to us. She helped with financing and kept us informed. Then once the home was built we began getting our land ready for delivery. The process for setting up the home was a little bit of a challenge due to rain and flooding. However, with Jim's helpful guidance and suggestions we were able to get the utilities to our land and the home set up within a few months. All the people that worked on our home were professional and friendly, you see my husband likes to talk, thank you for your patience. We are truly thrilled with our new home.
