The team handles projects, including building garages and installing natural gas, with ease and professionalism. Any issues that arise are quickly resolved, and the staff is willing to help even with repairs for homes not purchased from them. We have had a wonderful experience dealing with James, Jimmy, Lori and the full staff at Exit 107.
We started looking for homes back in Fall of ‘24. Purchased our home and it was delivered and we were Home by March of ‘25. I have held off on review because even though all our experience with purchasing the home went great, I wanted to wait a year to see if the experience would change during the warranty portion & year long living experience in the home.
Happy to say, it has not.
Exit 107 has definitely lived up to what they claim to be. The staff has always gotten back to us with any and all our questions. Actually, above & beyond in many situations.
