Do not pay until the total job is complete. His workers will not come back if you aren't satisfied. Update they came out and fixed the issue. I would give them a 4 out of 5. And would hire them again.

Called because I had a boot leaking on the roof, & they had someone out here within a few days to help me out!I plan on having them install a new roof on our house once we are ready for it!Thanks so much for helping my family!

My insurance adjuster requested an estimate from a "reputable" roofer. I found Veterans Roofing to be that and so much more. My phone calls were either answered immediately by the owner on his cell phone or returned within a very few minutes unlike most of the other companies I attempted to contact. Their estimate was provided the same day requested and was reasonable unlike many of the "better known" companies that had to recover who knows how much money in advertising costs. The crew worked hard and fast finishing the tear off, roof installation, and removal/replacement of gutter guards.
