Check-in: Shipping and Receiving is located at the front upon arrival.
Loading: There are only two loading bays. If bays are occupied, drivers should expect to wait. I waited approximately 2 hours and 20 minutes for a bay, followed by an additional 2 hours for loading.
HOS: Plan accordingly and ensure you have sufficient HOS available.
Parking: Overnight parking may be available, depending on space.
Restrooms: Availability unknown (did not inquire)
I had a 11am appt got here late due to my previous load, but they were really quick on still giving me a door..thank you for that! :) They started loading me immediately!
I got here, went to shipping office to check in on a tablet, the gentleman there was very friendly n helpful, he gave me my paperwork, was given a dock number and they started loading me right away! I would definitely come back if I got another load here! One of the few places Ive been that are this fast! In total from the checking in to getting loaded n back on the road 40 mins! Thank you for ur hard work n getting me rolling quickly!
Pick up appt was 1500. Arrived at 1450. Was in dock door by 1500. Was loaded and gone by 1630. No complaints. I believe they load by appt. So if you get there 4 hours before your appt you're probably going to sit awhile. (3/29/21)
