Freedom Air is awesome, and Caleb took good care of us. I have come to rely on the company for heating and cooling work of all types, from simple filter replacements to unit repair and replacement. I appreciate the care they give to their customers and would recommend this Veteran owned company to everyone!
The owner and the crew arrived on time. The owner Jake introduced us to the crew performing the new furnace install. The crew went straight to work and were very efficient. The crew was also very conscious of not making a mess in our house. The crew were very polite and well mannered and not intrusive. When they had finished their work, they came upstairs and explained the startup procedures on the new furnace and that we would notice a slight odor as the oil on the new equipment burned off. Once all of their test were completed successfully they removed their tools and cleaned up the work area.

Our capacitor went out, of course during one of the warmest weeks we've had so far this year. I called a few other places and was told it would be a few days before they could get out to fix the unit. I called Freedom Air and Jake was able to get us in that afternoon. Professional, quick, affordable, and good conversation. We will definitely be using them in the future!
