I’ve gone to chiropractors several times but never really felt it was working or like I trusted it. I recently got really down in my back, painful to walk on hard floors, or just standing for more than 15 minutes in one place. I couldn’t lift my right leg to get in the jeep, because the pain was so bad. I decided to give Bluegrass Chiro a chance, and I can tell you emphatically that Dr. Christyann Fox helped me so much. She straightened my back problem out. It turns out my hip was some of the problem. It’s been wonderful to not be in pain anymore. I had to trust her, and let her adjust or pop whatever she wanted, because I had no other choice except pain. Boy I’m I glad I trusted her! My hip doesn’t hurt in the bed now, and I can stand on hard floors for a much longer time without my back hurting. She also put me on a wonderful automated massage table after every visit too. I highly recommend Dr. Fox. She knows what she is doing. She always let me know what she was going to do and asked me if I was ok with it. I could tell she really knows the human body too, not just bones, but muscles. I will definitely go back if I experience problems again.
