My questions are answered fully, quickly, and confidently; my requests are honored promptly. I'm not sure anyone can come close to the team he has working to provide care to our lovely animals. The bar is high and other facilities , stores, etc should follow these standards and not just with animals. Humans get treated worse at some medical facilities. Keep up the compassion and love for our families.
