If you are looking at big box stores, STOP!! Save your time and anxiety levels and go directly to The Floor Source in La Grange. Walk into the store and get welcomed by a beautiful smile from Rita. Lots of products to look at and choose from with no hassle. Instead of having to buy a 4”x 6” sample, you get to take home a sample 2 ft x 3 ft to live with overnight. Aaron (owner) was great and had lots of knowledge to share and answered every question we had and the ones we didn’t know to ask. My husband and I found exactly what we wanted and told them to order it. No pressure, just friendly people who care about their customers. Now the installers were also awesome!! During our remodeling project, we had many come in and none of them impressed me as these men did. They came in every morning with a smile on their faces and happy to be doing their job. While they were here, there was no bad language. They were clean and very conscientious of doing their job . Paid a lot of attention to every detail and would explain them to me if I had a question. I was working in my office downstairs and all I heard was them working , laughing and talking. They worked for full days not just four hours and leave. I could go on but I will close with this. Don’t go anywhere else for flooring, you will just be wasting your time!! BONUS: My floors don’t squeak!!!!
