Revised Review: In less than 48 hours of my Google review and BBB complaint they came and did the repairs on my downspouts. Dan is extremely courteous and professional and wasted no time responding to my review and giving me a call. I could not amend or retract my BBB filing but I was compelled to give an update. The only reason why it's 4 stars is because of how many times I reached out to them and waited for the follow throughs. That being said, they do great work. My home is particularly difficult because of it's height and many angles and they took the job when other companies were intimidated. I truly appreciate Renewal Gutters for such. Renewal Gutters were exceptional in service, price and job completion! Dan responded quickly to an estimate request, sending Eddie within days. The estimate was thourgh and completely explained. Work started in a few days and Brandon did an excellent job of installing. Within a week, we have amazing new gutters! Definitely recommend Renewal Gutters!
