Nu-Yale Cleaners offers amazing service with a welcoming and polite staff. The process is now self service, simple, and self explanatory, with an easy to use kiosk for after hours pick up. Clothes are very nicely cleaned and pressed. The staff helped customers get dry cleaning back fast and explained the kiosk and after hours pick up. They were on time and did a great job. Pick-up and delivery was efficient and clearly communicated. All items are smoke-free and restored to a wonderful condition. The business is handicap accessible and very clean inside and out. The gentleman there was very helpful, courteous, and walked a customer through the whole process of signing in. Service was quick and affordable, with a garment ready in 2 days and an amazing job done on a son's ROTC uniform.
First time to automated service, very easy to follow directions. Return was 1 day quicker than initially advised. Dropped off on friday afternoon and picked up monday evening.
But, like everything, the cost - almost $10 to clean a uniform shirt.

Service is amazing. Now you can just go in and pick up plus drop off your clothing with no wait. It is handicap accessible and you can pull right up to the door. Very clean inside and out. The gentleman there was very helpful and courteous.
The process at Nu Yale is now self service. This was our first time using them and the gentleman that was there walked me through the whole process of signing in and getting my clothes in the right place. Very easy process and Im sure next time Ill be able to do it without any assistance. Their service was quick and affordable. My garment was ready in 2 days and they did an amazing job on my son's ROTC uniform. Will definitely be using them again.
