I have always dreamt of owning a pool and I was finally able to achieve that dream thanks to My Pool and Patio!
The first person I met was Mitchell, my sales consultant. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable, but he took a genuine interest in helping us select the pool that best fit our needs. He has been with us every step of the way.
Once Mitchell had the pool ordered, I also started working with Zach and Shaq as the project went along. They were always there to answer all questions throughout. My wife and I met Mitchell Frederick at the Home Show in Louisville, Ky. He is a salesman for My Pool and Patio in LaGrange, Ky., but he turned out to be much more than that. We ended up purchasing a 14' X 29' fiberglass pool from them with concrete work and landscaping. Mitchell was with us the whole way. He was the Project Manager, the Construction Manager and the Service Manager (even though there were other employees assigned to those roles.) Anytime we had a question or a problem we always ended up talking to Mitchell and he would make sure that it was taken care of to our satisfaction. Working with My Pool and Patio has been a fantastic experience for our first pool. Our sales rep, Mitchell Frederick, went above and beyond from start to finish. He guided us through every step of the pool design and installation, helping us make smart choices that fit our needs and budget.
