Our golden retriever absolutely loves Faye (owner and operator of Tall Oaks). Anytime we are headed out of town all we have to do is open our door and say "want to go see Faye??" and he jumps in the car ready to go. He always has lots of fur friends to play with while he is there. We never have to worry about him while we are away, we know he is well taken care of at Tall Oaks.
They are quick to respond. Blake came out to give us an estimate on a plumbing job. He had the necessary things with him to do it and took care of us right then. Very professional and he explained what he did. He cleaned up after the job and you couldn't tell he was there. We will definitely be using them again if we have any other plumbing issues.
They did a great job from the very beginning! I received a visit to discuss options and the very next day received the quote. After the quote was accepted, it took a week or so for the equipment to come in. Once it arrived the installer came and did a fantastic job on the install. Five stars all around!

They handled the removal, install, and maintenance of our brand new unit beautifully! When a lightning bolt fried the condenser not a month later, they got us a new part and had it installed way faster than I ever expected.
