My mother and I both visited Francis' booth this morning and, wow, what a delight she and her daughter, Kerry, were. Not only did she give us top quality customer service, our hair turned out so good. I was especially pleased with how she took extra precautions with my thin hair and gave me such good care. While Kerry did not work on either of us, she was also a delight to talk to. We left there knowing that we would definitely be coming back to see these ladies!
