So last night, our central air conditioner went out. It was installed about 2 1/2 months ago buy Trinity Heating an air in Irvington. I called the phone number and left a message and also left a message on their chat. They texted back last night late that they would be here first thing this morning and sure enough they were here and fixed it. the young man that was here Adam is friendly and professional. You can’t go wrong with Trinity heating and air.

We are so grateful that when we needed to replace our HVAC system, all our friends recommended Trinity. Tobias suggested a system that we could afford and which would solve the problem of always having hot and cold spots in our house. The prompt and courteous technicians installed the new unit and taught me how to run it without inconveniencing me at all. Since installation, the spring weather has shown us that this new system can keep the house at a comfortable temperature. What a relief!

I would definitely recommend Trinity Heating and Cooling to anyone. We had them come out, just before the last snow/ice storm hit, to make sure our newly installed heater and propane tank were in line to prepare us for the cold to come. They increased the flow of our propane so that our heater was putting out its potential. Our technician was Greg. We want to pay special thanks to Greg because on the night of the cold storm our heater stopped working. Greg drove over half an hour, in the night, in the snow and ice to make sure that my family wasn't without heat. Turns out our regulator was freezing up, it wasn't big enough for our propane tank to accommodate our furnace....read full review
