I went in for a cleaning with Mary Beth and she and the whole staff were awesome
The staff are absolutely phenomenal. Friendly, caring, knowledgeable, and efficient. They were so open to my questions and happy to explain things or take a second look at something. I felt valued and like they took their time with me. The only reason it isn't a 5 star review is because of the scheduling, as my original appointment was cancelled last minute, and my next two appointments had time changes last minute. I also didn't love having to schedule a separate appointment for cleaning. However I know both of these inconveniences are likely due to staffing limitations and high demand, and it certainly didn't take away from the quality of the dental care.
