I've never seen someone go as far above and beyond as Dr. Bach has gone to help me with my cat. He is understanding, caring, and patient beyond belief. He is there for you throughout entire the process of your animal's care, before, during and after. He stays in communication throughout, he and his staff are kind, easy to get in touch with, readily available, and has personally called me back every time I had a question or concern almost immediately. OUTSTANDING!! I highly recommend Dr. Bach. My mom's dog was suffering, I did not know what to do, I called everyone that appeared in Google that would come to her house to help put her at peace. NOBODY was willing to on such short notice. I was recommended to Dr. Bach and he came to help me immediately, as soon as he was available. He was great. He took his time, explained everything, answered all my questions, and it helped peacefully put my mom's girl to sleep. My dog had been to the vet three times, with no luck. Took him to Dr Bach and he knew right away what was going on with my dog. Within 2 days he was doing great, he is like a whole new dog. So glad I took him to Dr Bach. He is a little expensive but like anything else you get what you pay for.
