She ask me what I was feeling like getting. She listen to me try to explain what I was looking for. Haven't gotten my hair touched by a salon in a long time. So her listening and giving me advice and what she thought my hair needed was amazing. My hair feels so nice and feeling the air in my head is so amazing. So light too. I'm very happy with the outcome. I almost Definitely be coming back for sure. I got me so layer a hard water treatment and a few other things. Best experience I've had in a long time. She traveled with us for the week and did my spray and makeup every night!! She accomplished every look I wanted, from a little more simple at the welcome party to the full glam for the wedding day! I used to dye my hair a bunch and have been trying to grow it out and just get back to my natural color. “One of the many reasons I love Joseph’s!!! I recently got my hair colored and did an express color, so left with it wet. It’s something new and different so they did a follow up text the following day to make sure I liked it. Who does that? Joseph’s does. While I liked the color there were a few changes that needed to be made to make it exactly what I had sought out. That follow up text allowed me to express, and Josephs to correct, something I wasn’t happy with. Not that I couldn’t have called on my own, but they made me feel valid in my concerns and more than willing and wantIng to correct it!
