I had a tire blowout on I-24 driving from Nashville to Illinois on a Sunday night, still 7.5 hours from home. Steve was dispatched to me through my insurance and he took such great care of me and my friend. Towed me to a tire shop that ended up being closed, so he then towed me to his shop where he found a replacement tire for me. Sold me 2 tires for cheap (my car didn’t come with a spare) so we could get back home.Extremely kind, went the extra mile (literally) and provided prompt and quality service. A true lifesaver. If I could give him 6 stars, I would. Thank you Steve!

Very nice people. Took good care of my car. I was annoyed at first when he wouldnt let me get my car until I could prove I owned it. But he explained to me how he is responsible for all the cars while they're in his lot. He didnt know me and was protecting people's stuff.I will call him if I need assistance.
