I came here to grab a few things for my new guitar and I had met Tim (one of the staff members). Extremely helpful and friendly. Perfectly answered all the questions I had for the few things I was buying. Highly recomended.
I’ve bought two instruments from them. The customer service is always impeccable. There is a very good range in prices for every customer. And they don’t try to sell you beyond what you actually need.
Nice place...a good amount of guitars .. greeted when we walked in and then left alone to look. I was turned off by the language of one of the gentlemen. Not sure if he was an employee or not, though the employee had no trouble holding a conversation with him!! Probably won't go back.
