Guy named T came out and helped fix my gutter. It was pouring water all over my porch every time it rained, even started rotting my wood away the spot it was hitting. But T got it fixed right up and even fixed a few shingles that were off on my roof while he was up there. Real stand up guy if you ask me. Never even got his real name but the job was good.
Very professional. Customer service is great. Roofers are skilled, courteous and neat. Tristan is great. Can't say enough good things about everyone. Oh, and my roof is beautiful.
Our journey with Michael Vance Roofing began with needing an emergency repair for our older shingle roof after one of the recent bad storms came through Hopkinsville. After a phone call to their office; a couple crew members quickly tarped our roof. We then advised them we had decided to go ahead with a new metal roof, since we never liked the shingles. Within a couple days; we had an estimate, and picked out our style/colors. Shortly thereafter, our new roof was completed by an amazing crew of professionals. The communication through the entire process was exceptional; and they are truly the best in this region. We highly recommend them over anyone else!
