Switched from TurboTax this year and should’ve done it sooner. My situation was a bit messy with job changes, 401k, and different state stuff so was not looking forward to it tbch. DGA handled it without any issues. And quickly!
They have an online portal so it’s easy to look at stuff they send and to send stuff to them. Communication was solid too. Different folks reached out at different times and kept everything moving quick.
tl;dr, 100% worth the money. DGA made a tax yr nightmare painless and they did it all without AI bs. Real ppl > AI every day.
