I would like to give a good review but after I initially talked to him in early February this year and hearing his self praises I waited two weeks for an estimate. After accepting the estimate he wouldn't answer the phone or respond to messages. The few times we did talk I was given excuses ranging from him being sick, he didn't have enough workers, or he was swamped with work which meant my issue wasn't going to be addressed. It is now mid May and I'm forced to get my house worked on by someone else. I wouldn't trust him to walk in my yard at this point!!

He gave us a quote to remove and install a swanstone shower and we ordered $4,000 in materials. He changed appointment after appointment but continued to say, "Don't worry you can trust me. Just call me after the materials come in". He went on to say, "I will take care of it, I will take care of it." After the building materials came in he made an appointment to get started. He never showed up. We called and asked where he was that we had the materials and have been sitting around all morning for the appointment he made with us. His reply, "uh, uh, I can't do it." In 2018 I had the driveway made into a double wide driveway, they redid my patio and the connecting sidewalks . They also made a concrete ramp for my shed to replace a wood ramp. He also got my iron rails redone to my specs and choice even though it meant getting the rails painted in Indiana because I wanted a bronze finish. This caused a long delay to finish the whole project but that was not Chris' fault. By the time it was all finished and cleaned up I was more than happy! A big job and you must have a lot of patience and be flexible. I would recommend them and remember, good contractors are busy, always. You might have to wait awhile for them to get to you.
