“I tried to clean my dryer vent myself. Bought the Amazon kit and ended up breaking it off in the vent. Called a local hvac company and they referred me Lint Eliminator. Called Monday morning and Karen assured me that Ron would be able to get us taken care of the next afternoon. Karen called me the next morning and said Ron could be to our house that morning. Came home and Ron got to work. He cleaned our vent (which was clogged from the previous owners of our house) and got the broken tool out. I was fully expecting a hefty bill since I was at their mercy but the charge was VERY reasonable for the amount of work performed. I will definitely be having them clean our vent every other year from now on. Thanks Ron and Karen!“
