“Contracted with this company to install new gutters and downspouts. My contact was Ronnie Sutton and he stayed in close contact with me regarding a date the job would be completed. Looks great on my home! The job was completed in a timely manner and all old gutters and downspouts were hauled away. The workers were very nice. Best price in town.The only problems were;1) Mr. Sutton never made an appearance the day of installation. I paid the bill and received a receipt from one of his workers.2) On one corner of my home, there is a very large, very old lilac bush. One of the workers informed me that he had to remove "dead" branches from the center of the bush to access the downspout. After the workers left, I went to clean up said "dead" branches. The problem was, they were NOT dead. I took pictures, sent them to Mr. Sutton via text explaining that due to the age and size of the bush, replacement was not possible and the value was too high for compensation. “Very good people to do business with. I had a reroof job done on our house. The house is probably 30ft. High, and I have a steep roof. And I also had two chimmies taken out. Along withtwo large turbine vents replaced. It could have been a difficult job to do. But his work crew is very good, and did the job in a day. His crew is to putting on a roof as the Los Angelos Lakers are to basketball. My nephew had a metal roof put on by Lang and is very satisfied. “Absolutely Respectable:I did not contract them. As they were tearing down a building next to my house they saw it was going to leave a hole in our fence due to the building being removed. Then fence happened to be leaning, it may have been five minutes of their time, but they supported our fence back up right. It was beautiful to walk into my house and see that kindness they showed our family. If we ever need work done, this act of kindness just got a customer for life!!! Not to mention, they greeted us anytime they saw us leaving or coming home, and they made sure to keep our house protected while they tore down the other one.
