This company was recommended to me by a contractor that was doing a crawlspace encapsulation for us. That made it easier to make our decision on changing HVAC contractors knowing their peers would recommend them. I would have considered this job done but Jared did a follow up and decided the foam insulation didn't seal in a few areas as well as he wanted. He has already scheduled the return visit and he'll follow up again. That's the first time I've seen someone do a follow up and then follow thru. Truly excellent service. Came home to a furnace that had quit in the night. I had never used them before. I called and they sent out someone within 2 hours. Very polite and friendly. Fair repair rates. My wife said we need to call them from now on for our heating and cooling.

They just finished an install on my new home build, even with a rocky start, Hagers team never failed to make things right and leave the customer satisfied in the end. Look forward to recommending them to many.
