“Technology is not always up to par so I am editing my previous review from one star to five stars. There was a previous issue with contact thru an app. Anyway, seemed to be a hard worker and in absolutely no hurry, no rush. He listened to my issue with my old chimney and looked inside. He also went on the roof and inspected. What he told me, is what I had been thinking for months. The cap was too high, for starters. He lowered the cap like it should be and he placed material to keep the upcoming rain from coming in. He sealed a few areas. We suspect some rain may be coming in from other areas of old mortar brick cracks. What he did today, will give a good idea after it rains, as to where it may still be leaking. He did exactly what I thought someone should do. He's very personable and I felt like I had known him for years. Really, felt like an honest working, true friend.“
