I would have given 5 stars if I was only rating Dr. Fife but I can't communicate with the new staff working there. They mess up orders, double charge and don't make sense when I ask questions.

3rd different optometrist in the city....left my 2nd optometrist because they were going to make me wait 9 months to simply order contacts following the height of the pandemic. Dr. Fife's office was over-the-top friendly, and made me feel like they actually want my business. Very satisfied.

Years ago l would have been blind if not for her.I was on some steroids for a sinus infection. I did not know the presser in my eyes had gone up. When she try to put drops in to correct it. It cause the pressure to go up more.That's when she figured out I had steroid-induced glaucoma.She immediately got a hold of some doctorsWho end up having to do surgery on my eyesTo reduce the pressureShe a very caring and great doctor
