We have used this service on several homes and have never been disappointed. They are through and the price is within reason.We always do a radon inspection and I would advise all buyers to do the same. We have had two homes in the past that had high levels of radon and the sellers never knew.

Used this company for our home inspection in 2011. Home was built in 1998. They came back with two minor items that needed to be corrected. Recently sold the home and the new buyers brought in a new inspector from Evansville. This guy found items that should have been discovered in 2011. And not just items that would have occurred in the past two years. Items like wiring issues, plumbing issues, roof issues* and crawl space issues. When the roofing company came to repair these issues for the new buyer at my expense, he said "That guy doesn't even get on roofs anymore." How can he inspect a roof if he doesn't even get on it?I'm writing this so that no one has this come...read full review
