You guys, and Cincinnati Webtec, absolutely ROCK! Thank you so much. Corey has been so very helpful the last few days when I called for assistance, and most especially this morning as he quickly and efficiently dug me out of a deep hole of a problem I'd dug for myself. He's patient and understanding, even when I demonstrate that I'm an idiot. This is the definition, gentlemen, of customer service, and you've got it down!
There's a long story behind that statement, with which I won't bore you; suffice it to say that I've struggled mightily over the past year (not website related) with a company that never heard of "customer service". It's SO nice to do business with people who do know!
I now have a plan to get me where I need to go (safely and without (many, I hope) potholes along the way). Meantime, I'm fully functional for the 2025 renewal rush that'll start in less than 2 weeks. Kudos to both of you for your dedication to helping your clients and for the quality organization you've built.
