My Doggie Rosie and I both adore Dr. Hagans! He seems more compassionate than most other vets. Rosie doesn’t freak out when we pull into the Town and Country parking lot. All of the staff are polite and friendly. All of these things are very important to me when choosing where I take my children.
Also, Dr Hagans came in at 11:00 p.m. for my mom’s doggie years ago. He saved her life and she lived another 3 years! Thanks Dr. Hagans! God bless you and your staff!

I’ve always enjoyed taking our cats to Dr. Hagans and his staff, and today was the best ever. The service and communication has always been great and Dr. H knows his stuff and he’s excellent. However, today they took it to another level. Our little kitten hurt his leg last night and we rushed him to the 24/7 clinic in Richmond, KY. We weren’t too happy with the service there (even though the doctor was good) and Dr. H was able to work our kitten in his schedule today. Dr. H examined our kitten and told us what he thought was wrong, and what to do, and the most generous part was that he didn’t even charge us for the visit today. I can't say enough good things about Town & Country! They have been incredible in taking care of my cats and dogs. From the moment you walk in, the staff greets you with warmth and professionalism, making you feel at ease.

Dr. Hagans is exceptional—kind, attentive, and genuinely caring. He always take the time to thoroughly examine my pets and explain everything in detail, ensuring I understand the best course of action for their health. It's clear he truly cares about the well-being of every animal that comes through their doors. The same is true of all the staff there!
