Had filed bankruptcy and been discharged. According to my Federal paperwork landmark only had 20 days to release the lien on my car. It’s been a year and they still refuse to give me a release of lien. Do not do business with these people. The women who work there are no help at all and are rude as well.
I was super happy and excited when they gave me my loan. And I've paid them first because of that. They were great when I needed them initially. Now when I need them, they can't help me. No reason. If I can't count on them when I need help, I'll find someone else I can count on.
Worst customer service ever. No matter how hard you try to explain to them that you’ll be in on a certain date they are still incredibly rude. Once the loan we have is paid off we will never step another foot back in the doors.
