When I called to place my order we had several inches of snow on the ground, and it was snowing again. She was walking out of the door but took my call, filled and delivered my order in the snow. She certainly earned 5 stars. The arrangement turned out beautifully too. No complaints here. A+++ . Highly recommend!

Aileen's Flowers were great to work with. I live out of state, but had a death of a loved one in the Hazard area. I chose Aileen's Flowers from a google search, and am very happy with the results. I was called personally when they did not have the exact flowers for the arrangement, and was asked my preferences for substitutions. I was very pleased with the outcome and highly recommend Aileen's to anyone ordering from out of town. Thank you for a pleasant experience during a sad event.
